was working yesterday and weather was horrible so no golf yesterday. Did do nearly 22k on the bike though, trying to do something everyday to improve myself be it strength or fitness, mental side or actually hitting balls. It’s not long till we are doing the west highland way as well so need to build up the fitness for that. Tried something different on the bike and did one of the programs that alters the resistance automatically instead of doing it myself. Must have made some difference because I was a sweaty mess by the end of it!
Not going to be doing much today either, got a 12 hour mid-shift so day is a work day and not much else.
